Rose beauty
Make a bath soak

Make a rose petal aromatherapy bath tea bag for a relaxing moment.
Savour that bouquet a little longer - re-use left over rose petals.
What you will need
- Muslin;
- String;
- 1 cup Epsom salts;
- 1 cup dried rose petals;
- 12 drops rose oil;
- 12 drops lavender oil ;
- 1/2 cup oats
How to…
Step 1
Combine the Epsom salts and the scented oils together in a bowl. We used rose and lavender oils, but you can create your own aromatherapy blend using oils of your choice.
Step 2
To dry your fresh rose petals, place on absorbent towel and microwave on high for about a minute - this may vary between microwaves and petal sizes. Remove from the microwave and allow the steam to disperse. Mix dried petals and oats together.

Step 3
Cut muslin into 4 squares. Spoon equal amounts of salt and petal mixtures among each square. We used different coloured petals for a pretty effect.

Step 4
Tie each square with string. Fill your tub, hang a bath tea bag from the tap and allow it to infuse. Light some candles and soak in the calming atmosphere.
